The regulations of ParkujGo at 64 Krakowska street in Balice

§ 1

  1. By entering this parking lot an agreement for paid use of the parking infrastructure is concluded. The agreement is valid from the moment of payment of the fee until the departure from the parking lot.
  2. Using the parking infrastructure is understood as driving through the parking lot or using the designated parking spot at the parking lot at 64 Krakowska street in Balice.
  3. Every user of the vehicle agrees to the terms and conditions of the regulations and commits to follow it by entering the parking lot.

§ 2

  1. The parking is unguarded, paid.
  2. The vehicle left at the parking lot should be locked and the belonging left inside secured.
  3. The management of the parking is not responsible for the loss or the damages of the vehicles left at the parking lot,

  4. The parking is open 24 hours.
  5. The manager of the ParkingGo is Monika Kuźnik, NIP 6321828697, adress: 64 Krakowska street, 32-083 Szczyglice.
  6. The speed limit at the parking lot is 20km/h.
  7. Everyone using the parking infrastructure commits to following the orders of the parking staff and paying attention to vehicles parked as well as careful parking within the boundaries of the parking space. 
  8. Parking the vehicle in a way and in a place where it can cause danger in traffic, for people or property is not allowed.

§ 3

  1. Entering of the vehicles transporting any kind of weapons or other dangerous, flammable or explosive materials is prohibited, unless the user of the vehicle has all necessary permits. 
  2. At the parking lot it is prohibited to:
    1. smoke and use open fire, as well as consume alcohol and use forbidden aubstances,
    2. store fuels and flammable substances,
    3. refuel vehicles,
    4. leave vehicles with running engine or leaky systems,
    5. litter.
  1. The user of the vehicle is responsible for all damaged property as well as injouries caused to peoples (both staff and third party) at the parking lot. 
  2. In case a parked car is not picked up for 21 days and in case the vehicle is parked in a way that may endanger property or safety of other people, the vehicle user allows their vehicle to be towed away to a place chosen by the parking’s management and/or – if it is needed – notifying the police. The vehicle will be towed at the expense and risk of the vehicle user.
  3. The police and parking management should be notified of all damages.

§ 4

While entering the park the driver has to:

  1. Stop at the gate,
  2. Open the gate by collecting the parking ticket,
  3. The gate closes closes after every entry. Simultaneous entry of two cars risks damaging the car or the parking systems. In such a situation, the costs of destroying the parking management system will be borne by the parking lot user.

§ 5

While leaving the parking the driver has to:

  1. Pay the parking fee (the payment is made to the parking staff at the parking lot exit),
  2. if the 25-minute time limit for leaving the parking lot after payment is exceeded, the parking fee will be charged again in accordance with the parking fee price list,
  3. the gate closes after every car. Simultaneous entry of two cars risks damaging the car or the parking systems. In the event of damage to elements of the parking system by users of the parking infrastructure, a declaration of damage by the perpetrator is written and a police patrol is called.

§ 6

  1. The amount of the fee for using the parking infrastructure is specified in the price list.
  2. VAT invoices for the service of using the parking infrastructure are issued, at the customer’s request, directly to the parking staff.
  3. A fee of PLN 150 gross is charged for losing a parking ticket.
  4. Verification based on data obtained from the parking staff  will be undertaken for those using the parking lot who do not have a parking ticket.
  5. The price list and parking regulations are available with the parking staff, and are also available on the website https://parkujgo.pl/ and are posted in front of the entrance to the parking lot.

The regulations are effective from 1.03.2019 r.
